Wurtz Little Cado® Avocado — True Dwarf Patio Tree

Wurtz — often sold as Little Cado — is the only true dwarf avocado, topping out around 8–10 feet instead of the towering canopy many Hass trees become. It is the avocado choice for smaller Calabasas lots, courtyard orchards, and HOA-sensitive plantings.

• Compact habit; container-capable with care
• Fruit season roughly May–September
• Still needs sun, drainage, and frost protection when young

Fall planting recommended. Expect slower canopy growth than standard avocados — patience pays in fruit quality.
