Bearss Seedless Lime Semi-Dwarf Tree (Persian / Tahitian)

Bearss (Persian / Tahitian) lime is the workhorse lime for Southern California kitchens — heavy crops of juicy, seedless fruit with classic bright flavor. It is the most cold-hardy common lime, a practical pick for inland Conejo nights that dip cooler than coastal Malibu.

Yard fit: Zones 8–11; protect below 30°F. Full sun, wind-sheltered south or west exposure. Excellent in large patio containers on Calabasas terraces.

• Self-fertile; heavy fall crop that holds on the tree when frost-protected
• Fruit stays green in warm climates; may yellow when ripe in cooler CA spots
• Mature ~10–15 ft in ground; keep smaller in pots with pruning
